WORDS HIT LIKE A DETRAILED TRAIN; HE STOPS. EYES WIDE. . . SUDDENLY HES BECAME PARALYZED ,HIS CHEST HEAVY, like sandbags were tied to his heart strings. He suddenly CAN’T find his breath, He’s SUFFOCATING on his own EMOTIONS. IT’S ALL HITTING HIM AT ONCE, THE REALIZATION , OF COURSE it was him . . . How could he been SO━ SO BLIND ? ! A MILLION of images FLASHING through his mind, all her timid glances at Matt , the over exaggerated giggles. . . A handful of moments, he wishes he could change But he was carried away ,Just when had she stopped laughing like that for him. . . ?
He doesn’t DARE turn to face her, not right now, not while His HEAVY HEART sinks to his gut, DECAYING. His chest growing HOLLOW & BITTER. He refuses to cause a scene like he’s probably expected , it would not be fair to his DEAR OLD FRIEND for they were never CARVED IN STONE.
He’s gotta be careful & cool; But the news is tearing him apart like a HURRICANE. Even though he’s internally crumbling , He cannot allow her to become AWARE that shes made a hole in his heart. He knows she would NEVER be able to forgive herself is she knew of his HEARTACHE & SO He must not only FOOL HER but HIMSELF aswell . . .
