Different but Equal design explanation… The message we want to deliver through this design is that no matter how we all look or are categorized on the outside, we are all fundamentally equal on the inside. We all come from different cultures and ethnicities which can sometimes lead to division due to the lack of understanding the simple fact that at the core, we are all equal. What we mean by being equal on the Inside is that we all possess the same fundamental feelings and emotions that make us human. We possess courage as depicted by the lion in this graphic, we possess confidence, love, empathy, compassion, gratitude, faith, hope, curiosity, discipline, will power and fear just to name a few. Furthermore, we all have dreams, we want to find our purpose, we want to contribute to the world, we all have our own fears and ultimately, we all just want to be happy. No matter how we act or may portray ourselves to be on the outside, we are all made up of these same feelings and emotions on the inside.
