The soap lathers into a slick cushion loaded with water. The brush handle, made from a tree on King Camp Gillette’s ranch in Calabasas, California, was skillfully turned by friend, artist, and fellow wet shaver Brent Jacobson. The razor is astounding in its efficiency, weight, looks, and engineering. The aftershave gave me a cool scent and put me in a cool vibe. The bowl is functional art that I enjoy tremendously.
