I have a custom sword ordered for my martial arts class, and today I found out the manufacturer messed up bad, so it’s going to be delayed even longer, but they’re doing their best to make things right and everyone is being very honest and apologetic about the whole thing, so I’m just left like:
Externally, sympathetic from years of customer service: :D No worries, it was a genuine mistake! Everyone is doing their best, I will be patient! :D :D
