Two sides of the same coin for three days
It was odd, a soft tingling sensation running up his body and making him shudder softly. He felt like a flame went through his very core, making him stand up a little straighter. Whatever strange magic went through him washed over him quickly, before vanishing altogether.
He blinked softly and looked over his body, expecting something to have changed. His black wings were still there, shimmering nicely in the dark, and his skin was still the sickly shade he seemed to always wear.
One glance in the mirror though, and he found his eyes had shifted from green to a beautiful shade of gold. This wasnât too bad. He shifted around slowly to check his clothes, when he suddenly realized something truly was missing.
The voice in his head had vanished.
âWhat in the...?â He asked softly, before he turned at the sound of feet rustling. When had another person gotten this close? What were they doing? He didnât want to scare him.
His gaze turned around, his eyes locking on a figure his brain said shouldnât be there. He recognized the orange vest, the fair skin with freckles, and the bright blonde hair instantly.
How could he not, it was his fucking face!
âI donât know what you did, but you better fix it now,â His form, the other Arthurâs mouth said with a hiss. It was now that he realized that those eyes that were supposed to be golden, were a sickly shade of green.
He saw an angry expression appear on the face of the other him, and it made him grit his teeth.
âYou... I donât owe you anything!â He said angrily and pushed him back.
How ironic, they both got what they wanted. Arthurâs tormentor was no longer in his head, while his tormentor had a body that he could control. That was what they wished for, but neither was really happy with it.
