your body has a limit to how much it can burn fat per day so no matter how little you eat you cant overstep that limit. starving yourself slows down how much ur body burns fat cuz it starts saving up to survive (stress) and you lose muscle and organ tissue instead. you can easily gain the weight back but then you'll be only left with fat and little muscle since you lost most of it and your body loses structure which is ugly.

the best plan would be to eat at your recommended deficit (Ik it sounds a lot) and burn the maximal your body allows (you can use Google to get all that information) though i don't recommend overstepping it cuz you won't burn anything more and just get unnecessarily tired. this makes you also binge less and you can lose ~0,5-1,5kg of pure fat per week depending on your height, the scale will show a bit more cuz off water and other little stuff.
