9 - are you on good terms with your parents?

I'd say we get on pretty well overall - my dad's great, he's one of the central points of reference I have for the kind of person I'd like to be. My mom doesn't meet that (admittedly high) bar but we're pretty chill most of the time. Honestly as I've gotten more perspective I think I can say I kinda lucked out in this department

14 - what's a hobby you'd like to get into?

oh, so many... I think probably getting better at writing is the one I'm focused on at the moment. I'd like to go out to clubs and bars and things of that nature, but I don't think that counts as a hobby though. I'd also still like to learn how to draw, but that's kinda taken a back seat to other stuff

18 - have you ever changed fields in your career or education?

I have - in college I majored in physics, but during the process I realized I wasn't really as cut out for that as I had imagined, and it didn't really lead anywhere, employment-wise. So I decided to pivot to philosophy, which is more fun to do and (if I may flatter myself) I think I'm pretty good at; I'm currently taking a bunch of philosophy classes at a local university to build up a portfolio(?) that can be cited in applications to various master's programs

28 - what chore do you hate the most?

15 - For Dawn from Minecraft Otrgcraft, there’s the fancy propaganda answer of “all the peoples of eclipse that I serve are my family!”. Though in reality it’s probably just themselves, Dusk, and more recently Silhouette for this current century since they came to study under Dawn and Dusk. No super fancy reason for this other than Dawn takes decades of close interaction to open their heart to anyone.

Unless of course you’re the first person Dawn ever met who shared their dreams of preserving a burning past. And when recovering the same rare tombs that Dawn was trying to grab, kicked their ass. Then it’s love at first fight to near death.

32 - Contrary to popular belief, none of Dawn’s habits are overly self-destructive. Their tryst in the Overworld and Nether is more an instance of recency Bias if anything. They had to have healthy enough habits to live long enough to establish and defend a thriving city in a wasteland for millennia. Their most self-destructive habit is probably their sating of curiosity by what would be conventionally reckless. However, when you’re a warrior scholar with millennia of experience and hide and armor that can tank dozens of lightning bolts the relativity of ‘risk’ makes it hard for Dawn to do anything self destructive. Things are just, blips in a long and near indestructible existence.
