Retro: Hey, Dhatri, I need your advice on something, and, I guess you’re the first mon I thought of to ask about it.

Dhatri: Of course, Retro, what is it?

Retro: ...Are you familiar at all with a Diancie named Rubellite? A source I have says that she’s got Aranyani and Freyja trapped in diamond in this universe.

Dhatri: ...I figured she’d be the one who would seal them off. Rubellite, if you must know, is... not quite all there in her head. From what I knew of ours, she was distant, brash, and generally a lot of things felt... off... about her. If ours is very similar to theirs, then you might expect her to be a bit more villainous than you might expect from a Diancie.

Retro: So who should we bring along? I was thinking myself, Azrael, Gabb--

Dhatri: No. Not Gabbi. 

Retro: Why not?

Retro: ...Why...? What’s been going on?

Dhatri: She brought Alesia to Yggdrasil to try and keep her safe, like she sensed she would be in some kind of danger, but she talked Gabbi into bringing her back. It was a very tearful goodbye. I’d give her the time alone, and perhaps some comforting, but she’s definitely not in shape to be out fighting.

Retro: Sticks, then?

Dhatri: ...I’ll send her through to you. Good luck. 

Dhatri: She’s been having panic attacks and the like ever since she evolved, and those visions she has certainly don’t help. I think she’d hate for you to leave knowing that you might not be okay out there.

Gabbi: M-Ms. Glowstick? Will we be okay?

Sticks: We will be okay, do not worry. I will do my best to protect you should Retro and Azrael fail. 

Gabbi: W-what’s Dhatri doing though?

Sticks: She is communing with Yggdrasil so that we may escape from this universe. We will return to Junkatorium when we are better equipped to fight Yarajya, I guarantee it. 

Retro: Things are getting pretty hot up here! It would be much appreciated if you could hurry up!

Dhatri: You’re in luck, I just got the portal to Yggdrasil open. Everyone pile in while it’s still open!

Dhatri: You honestly think that going to Yggdrasil for asylum is the best plan of action?

Retro: Do you know of any other places that are safe from Yarajya? Name one off the top of your head.

Dhatri: It’s not that, it’s just the difficulty in climbing Yggdrasil--

Retro: Do you want to die again, Dhatri?! Is that a thing that you want to do again and render all this progress we’ve made for naught?! If not, you’re going to figure out how to get us all to Yggdrasil before your sister gets here and destroys absolutely everything!

Azrael: Retro! Calm Down!

Sticks: It seems that we do not have time to argue anymore.

Retro: Dhatri, work on getting us out of here! Sticks, keep Gabbi safe and open a psychic channel, we’ll want to know when the way to Yggdrasil is open. Azrael, with me, we’re going to buy Dhatri time to get us out of here!

Dhatri: Though some may consider my punishment to be excessive and disruptive, I know he has too much empathy to function as an Eye Eater. His punishment is not eternal life, his punishment is eternally functioning as the thing he hates being.
