Yesterday’s Work End if WEEK 12 of 2019.. IM LOVING MY RESULTS‼️ IM NOT TRYING TO GET SKINNY‼️‼️ I’m trying to Build my rear bigger, as well as quads, hamstrings & calves. Loose & define my abs, totally loose the poochiepouch & waist, get slimmer arms & keep my Upper area. I’m not worrying about the scale as long as I’m getting results, which I can see 👀especially the lose of inches and down 15lbs (I gained a few back because I’m lifting heavy) but still down 10% body fat. I’m feeling more free, confident & comfortable in my own skin that’s what really matters the best part of this Get in Shape journey.
