[DEW at home] rustic chic bedframe  |   it's old and squeaky but you know it's a place to sleep My wooden bedframe is one of the statement pieces I have in my house. I'm super happy with it since over a year ago I didn't even have a separate bedroom and a lot of things in my house have always been make-shift, some still are. Though this surely is an upgrade from a mattress on top of a put away guest-bed.

The bed is made from old wood. I always try to get vintage or sustainable items that can stay with me for the rest of my life or live on with someone else. I recreated the vibe of the bed but did not replicate the original pattern as I tried to make it a bit more maxis match. I gave it the same colour options as well as some of those country chic pieces by EA that have a similar look. there are also a lot of creators who have made addons to this, so you could make things match. (such as these)

[DEW at home] cheap small rug  |   once a big yellow blue box store decided to make small rugs, which is awesome if you can't afford a bigger one  I have multiple of these cheap rugs by IKEA in my house cause rugs are expensive, but they are also a nice small size to go next to the bed, in the kitchen, hallway or in front of the balcony door. I really thought this could fit in the game so well.

The texture is completely handpainted by myself from scratch, comes in 2 colour options: striped as the original ones and solid. I also made 2 sizes: small and tiny as small is still too big to fit certain in game doors etc.

[DEW at home]   first aid kit  |   "it's big and it's red, surely you will find this when you gotten yourself some paper-cuts again, but can you open it?"

I have one of these metal first aid kit boxes where I store all my plasters, bandages etc. so I thought it would be a great item to make for the sims as well. the metal box comes with a slot on top, a perfect place to put that open box of plasters you needed but forgot to put back.

       it comes in swatches with and without the cross on top, and the plasters come in 3 different overlays in multiple colours. so be prepared and stay safe.

[DEW at home]   apothecary bath products  |   "it's an amazing alternative to those plastic bottles, but you must be careful not to drop it in the shower."

I'm not one of those hippies who owns a whole arsenal of these, as I do not own many beauty products, but I do try to get alternatives to plastic things simply because I hate the non natural feeling of it.

I did make a couple of different options for in-game, as well as extra colour options next to the original brown apothecary glass. all bottles come in all colours with 3 label options: 'the stripe', 'the big white' and 'the homemade', all in simlish.

[DEW at home] shower curtains  |   I made some simple shower curtains to go with the bathtubs, or any other bathtub if you like. it comes in a closed and an open version + three colour options: solid, striped or jungle patterned like the one I have in my bathroom. I sometimes put all my plants in the bathtub and shower them, my bathroom is indeed a jungle.

decorational item, should be easily place-able and have no obstruction to sims, they can still use the tub/shower normally.

[DEW at home] country stool sidetable  |   a small stool for your inner cottage core child  when I finally saved up money to buy an bedside-table the one I wanted was sold out, I couldn't find anything else that was perfect so I decided to use an old small country style stool I have instead in the meantime. it fits exactly all the things I need so it does its job.

I made a simple edit of the EA country style chair to recreate it, and made an elegant version and a simple one. comes in the original EA colours to fit with those items and my own Dew's colours as usual. it has 9 small slots, 4 medium and 1 large.

[DEW at home] cheap mirrors  |   "just a sheet of reflective surface resting on the floor, cause no-one got money for that fancy stuff"

I have a very simple mirror, the cheapest I could get back then, just sitting on the floor in my bedroom without a frame or anything really, it's just a mirror. It's also too short so I will never see my face unless I bent over, but I bought it when I was broke and the mirror isn't broken yet so I'll keep using it.          But to be honest the sims could also use a cheap option, those mirrors are expensive.

Comes in 2 sizes and both an option for on the wall and on the floor. since it's so narrow I only added only 2 swatches. I added an extra wall option you can slide down to sit on a table as @petaluhsims​ suggested. updated 2020/11/22: mirrors are now shift-able on walls

You can now use the table mirror that's on the wall to place on any surface easily by holding the alt key.

got carried away a bit, and I couldn’t resist to make a cluttered attic with a teenage creative area. could also be a kids room the parents have used as storage after they grew up and left home, my mother is doing that XD (though I was never allowed to do anything in the attic)
