Alright, not trying to be mean or rude, BUT Dorian is not real. He's not a real person. He's fictional AND an adult, meaning the internet can do whatever they want with him.
I feel like if Dorian was Aromantic then the creators of the game wouldn't have made him an option to date? Or call him a Dateable for that matter. If you think he's Aromantic that's completely fine, I don't care, we all have opinions and shit, but don't come after me calling me weird when there's worse shit you can be focusing energy on besides arguing with someone who says Dorian is heavily Demiromantic due to trauma from past relationships.
I've never been Aro, never will be, so maybe he is and also can be in love idk. But, if Dorian was canonly Aromantic then I don't feel like the creators of DATE Everything would have put him in or given him a Love ending.

omg I haven't interacted with Keith at all minus the attic opening, may I ask what he's done to Dorian? I had no idea there was something more toxic going on
From what I know, nothing is really canon and just my headcanon and interpretation of it based on the fact that Keith is under the content warning due to being a master manipulator and a sociopath AND was in a relationship with Dorian.
He's also a skeleton key, and Dorian is a door so... imo Keith most likely forced him to open him up about a few things he wasn't comfortable with, leading to their breakup, and making Dorian have trust issues with love, cuz manipulation and stuff like that.
Not canon tho and i haven't finished the game or realized either of them yet, so idk that's just my interpretation. will update when i do tho to see if anything is different or if its canon lol
