Surely Arba and Ugo could hold off on their plans for a little bit longer, and besides it wasn’t like they could do anything without him anyways. With that conclusion made, his feet trail after her until they finally reach the archway that held the door to their shared room. She’s still not stopping though, and Solomon’s hand reaches out to wrap against her wrist. He holds her there, thwarting any attempt she makes at moving any farther away from him. “You’re acting like a brat. Are you going to tell me what’s wrong or should I just make educated guesses?”

The room seemed brighter the moment she’d entered, and perhaps it had been. She had ways of doing that, but few rarely noticed. A glance is thrown her way from above the top of his book, before he’s returning to his current sentence.
