Saddened but encouraged. @flyykel aka Devon Jones, has grown his wings. Only 25, Devon was a client of ours since he was in the 5th grade. So we had the opportunity to witness him grow from a boy to man. Funny how @nikkilove44 use to give him the money to come pay me, and he would give me the cost and use to try and keep the tip money😂😂😂.. Nikki would check him and make sure he learned how to be a good client. I recall as he entered into young adulthood when the price of cuts increased, this guy thought he was gonna get a kid price forever. But we adjusted, he matured and I was able to be a part of many milestones as his groomer. The mf cancer decided to challenge Devon, Leukemia, which he beat with a bone marrow transplant, but the mf came back and and shortly after called him home. I recall after his first battle, he use to always ask me if his hair would come back. Devon, thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this life. I am thankful to have answered my call to have the chance to create memories and be able to share..
