HONESTLY tho it’s like such a fun job--but it also depends on location and stuff. I’m lucky because my store’s not even a year old yet but it’s been doing SUPER well and the team is amazing and it’s just good vibes all around. They really stress constantly learning and stuff too so we’ll constantly be getting trained with new products/techniques and ahhhh you should def apply to Sephora and try it out <3 (and yesssss u will just have to visit me and let me glam u up)
