Devil’s Canyon Brewing If It Ain’t Baroque Hazy IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Smells of mostly oranges and a touch of other tropical fruit, and much the same hop profile in the body. Some nice fruity sweetness and medium bitterness towards the finish, but the body is a bit thin. Quite good -- definitely doesn’t stand out against the million others in the style, but I’d very happily have this again.

Trip Report: Devil’s Canyon, January 1
near Fruita, CO there are a ton of cool places to hike. my roommate and i went to one of them to check it out on New Year’s Day.
Devil’s Canyon on January 1st is a winter wonderland kind of place. we were mostly alone that whole time, and went exploring up to a new high place that doesn’t have a name that I know.
it was a beautiful day hike, well worth the snow slog. i had two layers of pants, several of shirts and coats and stuff, and was fairly comfortable the entire time. in all, delightful!
