sharing my two cents for today
Neil likes it rough during, his partners can get as rough as theyd like with him and he will be rough in return ( only when asked tbh ). If he comes out bruised up and covered in marks thats a win for him
he's down to fuck where they might be, so long as there can be a semblance of privacy provided ( or out in the middle of nowhere ) he will be ready to act foolish. his partner will just need to be ready to cover his mouth and shush him because he stays noisy
