Is the way your muse sees themselves similar to how others see them or is it (very) different, due to mental illness/keeping secrets/etc.?
She knows she’s as brutal a person as people see her, but there are differences between how some people do. Nyoze saw the good in her, and did a very good job at drawing it out. He saw through her darkness and saw a bright light that needed to be saved, capable of happiness and love. But especially after she killed him she definitely can’t see that side of her. There are also people who see her as a hero for killing Gallerian, and she knows she is anything but.
The difference between what people and she sees is her reason. She knows part of the origin of the sins, and she sees just how tainted the world is. Both to eliminate Gallerian’s possibility of finding Utopia, and to set the world back to zero, removing it of sin, is her reason for what she did. So she doesn’t care when people see her as nothing but a destroyer.
Are they addicted to anything at all? Do they crave something when they haven’t had it in a while? Has this ever endangered them or others?
Not really. The closest thing would be her contract with the Demon of Wrath, which does push her towards more brutal options, but it’s not really an addiction.
