This Chocolate Caramel Rolo Poke Cake is the ultimate chocolate and caramel dessert. A rich caramel sauce is poured into a poked-out moist chocolate cake and topped with chocolate chips, Rolo candies, and luscious whipped cream.
Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix. 3/4 cup milk. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup caramel sauce. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup Rolo candies, unwrapped and chopped. 1 1/2 cups whipped cream. Chocolate shavings optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and chocolate cake mix together in a sizable mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. When a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, bake the cake mixture in the prepared baking pan for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Make holes all over the cake's surface with the back of a wooden spoon while it's still warm. Put the caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan. Stirring continuously, heat the mixture over low heat until it's smooth and well combined. Making sure to cover all of the holes in the cake, pour the caramel mixture over it. Evenly distribute the chopped Rolo candies and semi-sweet chocolate chips on the cake's top. Permit the cake to cool fully. After the cake cools, cover it with a thick layer of whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if you'd like. Cut into pieces and present. Take pleasure in your delicious Chocolate Caramel Rolo Poke Cake.

This Salted Caramel Chocolate Frosting Fudge has rich and decadent flavors that you should enjoy. This sweet treat is perfect for anyone who likes chocolate and caramel. The sea salt makes it even better. Along with being already delicious, the chocolate frosting on top makes it even better!
Ingredients: 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 cup chocolate frosting.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch square baking dish, leaving some overhang on the sides to make it easy to take off. Put the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. To make the chocolate melt completely and the mixture smooth, microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a time and stir it after each one. The salted caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and sea salt should all be mixed in well. Pour the fudge mix into the baking dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the chocolate frosting in a separate bowl that can go in the microwave. Heat it for about 15 to 20 seconds, or until it starts to get a little soft. Use a knife or toothpick to make swirls in the softened chocolate frosting as you drizzle it over the fudge mixture in the baking dish. It's best to put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours or until it sets. Use the extra piece of parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the dish once it's set. Serve the fudge in little squares. Have fun!
