He grabs Curly Angel, pulls him close and kisses him. or, the one where Louis has to attend the most boring work party and Harry might be his way out of there.

Sorry, do you mind holding this for a minute? I don’t really have any place to keep it and it’s kind of a hassle, getting out of these things. Don’t want it to fall in.” He indicates his legs with the hand clutching a pale pink phone, and Louis’ gaze drops. Speechless, Louis takes the phone, eyes locked on the guy’s legs. His gorgeous legs, clad only in a pair of black thigh-highs held up by a silky black garter belt.

The Christmas Lift by homosociallyyours | G | 13150 Louis lies about having a boyfriend to avoid being set up on a blind date by an overzealous co-worker, but now he's in desperate need of a fake boyfriend for his office holiday party. He’s complaining about it on the phone to Liam when Harry, his unknown but hot neighbor, overhears him in the lift and offers to help. It doesn't take long for Louis to realize he wishes things weren't quite so fake, but he's afraid it'll take a Christmas miracle to make anything happen.

6. Idea that you always wanted to write but could never make work?

Not as such, not so far anyway? I have a number of WIPs in my folder, but I think most of those will work if I could find the focus to sit down and finish them. 

As a concept, I really, really want to try my hand at some magical realism. I'm not sure I'm an accomplished enough write to really produce the kind of fic that rolls around in my head though. We'll see. 

I'd also like to try my hand at a real action/adventure type of fic, too? I wrote a few scenes in All the Cards Aligned that really had me hankering to try and write some more physicality into a fic. It's a lot of work though, to be honest, envisioning movements and reactions, and then trying to produce that via words. I'm looking forward to trying it again though!

7. Least favorite plot point/chapter/moment?

I tend to take beloved things away from characters. I'm affectionately known as the 'horse-killer' to a small group of friends. (I totally cried writing that scene and it still haunts me to this day, ugh.)

8. Favorite plot point/chapter/moment?

I don't if there's a single one of these that immediately comes to mind, but my favorite thing ever is when I got aredblush to do illustrations for Clap Your Hands (I Believe, I Believe) because fairy!Brendon and skunk!Jon are the cutest things I've ever seen. 

Okay, I've had a moment to really think about this and I've decided that my favorite moment may also be my least favorite - there's the pivotal dream scene in A Sensation of Falling when Brendon "sees" Spencer. It's the first and last time and that whole sequence kills me. God, I love that fic so much. 

9. Favorite character to write?

My answers are probably a little boring as I tend to write people who think I have the most in common with as it makes their voice easier in my head. So the answer to that is Spencer Smith when I was in bandom and Liam Payne now in 1D.
