I never actually used the void state for this, because I found that putting the void state on a pedestal was limiting my beliefs. Please refrain from thinking too much about the void or from putting it on a pedestal because this can really hinder your progress. Remember, you are the void. The void is inside you. You don’t need to ‘enter’ it because it is already there!

✦ Instead, say affirmations “i have my desired appearance” “i lose weight so easily” “i have a fast metabolism”

✦ use placebos like “everytime i drink water, i lose x amount of pounds” “everytime i wash my face, my skin gets clearer”,

✦ use askfirmations “why am i so beautiful?” “Why are appearance changes the easiest to manifest?”

✦ listen to subliminals and use them as placebos! tell yourself they work super fast for you!

No for real though. My mom has lowkey always been my biggest supporter as well as my biggest hater and she commented on how lazy I had gotten and how I had put on the weight I lost from over exercising and under eating for a month straight and usually this would trigger a relapse into my old habit.

But because I had been robotically affirming for hours for the past 2 days that I had my desired appearance her words barely touched me or shook my resolve because I genuinely believe that I have my desired appearance even if other people don’t see it.

Like I don’t care what anyone says, I know I have my desired appearance already and its just a matter of time before my 3D gives in and accepts that reality as well. Even as I’m typing this out I’m robotically affirming.

So I thought it'd be a fun idea to do a challenge every week , each week we can focus on a certain topic. This week its gonna be glamour baby! ♡

Here's the routine we're gonna do from start to finish everyday of the week :

1. ♡ The moment you wake up , before you even touch ur phone or do anything take a moment to tap into your inner goddess, like its such a blessing to be alive and to be YOU and the world awaits you , like ure truly the goddess of your own reality. (Even if u don't believe this idc DO IT)

2. ♡ when you wash your face imagine the water is enhancing your beauty and cleansing u from any impurities (or u can say ur beauty affirmations during ur skin care/makeup also when looking in the mirror).

3. ♡ ROBOTIC AFFIRMATIONS. Every single time u think of the word "beauty" I want u to repeat this mantra "I'm literally the embodiment of beauty, I radiate beauty, I'm so beautiful, everyone thinks I'm beautiful, I look like a goddess"

4. ♡ when people look at you , assume they're seeing your desired face and they're literally mesmerized by your beauty.

5. ♡ as you fall asleep I recommend playing your fav beauty affirmation audio or frequency, again tapping into your inner goddess and feeling beautiful from within , literally embodying it.

Alright, let's get real. You're sitting here, scrolling, consuming post after post, guide after guide, looking for that one magical thing that will finally make it click. But let me break it to you: you already know what to do. You’re not confused, you’re procrastinating. You’re not learning, you’re stalling.

Do you think the dream version of yourself is spending hours searching for answers they already have? No. They're out there living their life, embodying everything you’re too scared to commit to. Every time you hesitate, every time you scroll instead of persist, you're telling yourself, "I don’t trust my own power." You’re choosing to stay stuck because it feels easier than stepping up.

No more excuses, no more scrolling, no more “one more post.” Your dream life is waiting, but it won’t come to you if you’re too busy doubting yourself. Get up, assume the state, and let it be.
