EDIT: Not too sure how I'd go about enforcing it quite yet. Mostly just personally keeping a list to myself of users who have history of severe business violations/rule breaking/disrespect for SCC rules. Those who are on it will be removed from the free derpony list, and if anyone who is on the bad business list and requests a derpony I'll politely inform them that due to prior history I can't do business with them. I wouldn't be creating "stricter rules", per say, the species rules will remain the same, there will just be a clause for refusing people a free derpony. It will only affect those who have committed significant business violations.

In light of recent events, as well as previous events sort of snowballing and piling up into the mess that is currently on my mind, I'm debating upon whether to include access to the derpony species as business in cases which I have decided not to do business with someone. As derpony is a free species that I want to spread all over the site, I'm not too sure whether I should count it as a "business" and refuse people who I have decided not to do business with for various reasons a free derpony.
