And sometimes, the cyst is not a cyst, but a bug, @cissasstuff : a botfly larvae (conhecido como “berne” aqui) sent as a skin cyst. Beautifully cut, the whole larvae came intact in the slide and you can see the brown spines protruding from its exoskeleton (a little below the microscope arrow that I manage to misplace when taking the picture).
Now, a proper infundibular / epidermal cyst for @cissasstuff . I tried something different for the first two pictures: the specimen was too big for me to get a proper pic of it as a whole on the microscope, so I tried to take it using my dermatoscope and it worked pretty well????
More pictures taken with the dermatoscope + close up on the cells at the microscope. This one was a nodular apocrine hidradenoma.
