Derby update
Tonight is my public debut. It's going to be the first time I've competed with my team. It also happens to be the grand final of our league season.
To say I'm nervous would be a massive understatement. This is a big deal. It's what I've been working towards all year. This is my break into the derby world.

News from the Derbyverse
This week marks the first WFTDA continental cup of the year. It is THE VERY FIRST TIME my league has played INTERNATIONALLY and I am SO. FUCKING. PROUD.
The VCRs are gonna fucking SLAY at this cup and bring it home to Aus for us. It's a huge weekend and I am over the moon for them.

So, today...
Slept until midday, bought both seasons of Wynonna Earp, watched said Earpy goodness while eating ice cream and cookie dough for two hours.
Makes up for the fact that I came out of derby last night looking like I had bruise-coloured camo printed on my skin, and cannot lie on my left side due to a huge bruise on my thigh.
