Casper was exploring his mother’s home castle, Torch, his pet dragon who was still a baby, had gone off while Casper he gone to prepare the baby dragon’s lunch time feed, and only now, he had decided to check the library.

Torch was indeed here, but he had wandered off because he had picked up someone not from the castle having arrived and he had followed them, the dragon was smart, and he thought catching the person would get Queen Salem to be that bit nicer to him.

So to Casper’s horror, he’d find Torch growling at someone, ready to pounce before he rushed into stop his pet by lifting off the table, not difficult since Torch was big as an adult cat, and giving him a stern look.

🐢 - What type of animal would they keep for a pet?

I feel like I answered this before (but I can't find the answered thing if so), like, a long time before, some other time when I reblogged this or perhaps a similar meme; bc I wanna make the joke that Blackfire considers a lot of her "relationships" with people she uses for stuff as keeping pets - and as such the people as her pets. But uh... let's get to outside of that joke.

First off, Blackfire isn't really interested in keeping pets. It's effort, it's taking her focus onto someone else than herself, it's care and also a bond to something that could always be exploited by others.

Yes, Blackfire's response was rude, she very much was aware of that, but she was also very wounded and pained and she honestly didn't care. The least she could use now was one of the team around.

Well, I'm a little weird about giving out precise dates or numbers, but I can say that it's very very close to christmas!

●: If you could say just one thing to your Muse, what would it be?

Okay, my randomizer picked that I answer this for/about Moonshot ( @warriorfortamaran ).

I think it'd be that he should really start to understand that maybe his loyalty to Tamaran, his obsession with Starfire, isn't all there is. I'd like to tell him to not be so serious and grumpy all the time, allow others to get close to him easier; all these things.

1. What’s a muse you’ve wanted to play but haven’t yet? 

Well, first there does come to mind this post that I did yesterday, about those muses I would consider if I would actually do a multimuse-(side)blog. But to give an actual answer, there’d be some of my OCs, most prominently Liquor (which I do already play in one thread though - which I’m deeply thankful for and delighted about), and Kahmlur and Mia. I also really want cute stuff with Mar’i and since it doesn’t seem to ever happen for me to get one to write with, I have considered before to look into what actually exists of her and then being able to take her up; maybe?

Hmm, outside of that, I can’t really think of anyone else.

4. How did you get into roleplaying? 

I think it was basically just something that developed from how, as kids, you often pretend to be someone and do things together with the others that are someone, too. I’m actually not really sure what brought me to the idea of writing it, too. I just someday, together with my brother and the friend we had, started these guestbooks where we did the stuff in. And from there developed writing a story, then writing with another friend, and then came the RPC here.

7. What was the first character you roleplayed? Do you still play them?

And I would usually add at least something new, but honestly I have no idea what else to say to that!

♠: What’s one thing you dislike about your Muse? 

Since it’s always kinda fun to do, and I don’t think I’ll get the question sent 5 more times, I’m just gonna say something to each of my muses!

Starfire: Hmm. Maybe, sometimes, how she’s always excited about pretty much everything. That is a good thing too and most of the times I enjoy that part of her too, but sometimes it’s just kinda annoying or frustrating to have to always write her so interested in absolutely everything. It can feel like repeating the same thing over and over.

Blackfire: Definitely her affinity to... after-hour things, if you get what I mean. I absolutely can’t write flirtyness to start with, and that then there’s Blackfire who’s absolutely not ashamed to outright flirt or make dirty remarks or word-plays (or more than that). Yeah, I just can’t really do that at all and I’m very very often feeling very doubting of my writing as her or even of my decision to pick her up in the first place.

Wildfire: Well, he’s more or less an OC so I guess as I make my characters how I please, I can’t exactly say there’s something I that strongly dislike. If I were to name one thing though, it’s how to write his stuttered language. I always feel like it’s probably more annoying of me to write it like I do than anything else, but I don’t know how else to really show or explain how he’s puzzling together the words. That, or his self-doubts. They’re kinda always there, and that’s, a bit much.

Galfore: How about that he doesn’t really have any active things going, or maybe half a thing since that’s kinda taking place both on his and Wildfire’s blog? Okay, no, but another thing, is maybe that he’s basically all the time on Tamaran. It makes sense, and fits to him, but, it makes it so so so difficult to come up with starters or whatever. Or the point that I don’t really have much I can do with him since he’s kinda ‘settled’, already did all he wanted to do with his life, if that makes sense.

Starlight: Hm, uh, I don’t really know. Oh, or yes, I do know - that she’s mostly just roaming the planet. She isn’t a hero or a villain, just exploring and learning, and, that makes it a bit of a challenge to get good ideas for what she’s doing.

Moonshot: His grumpyness, his anger, those things maybe. His obsession with Starfire, that he is pretty much unable to consider anything else except ‘keep her safe’ and ‘protect her’.

I guess those answers were more about what I dislike about writing the muses than what I dislike about the muses in a more general form, but oh well!
