Thad slides another state fair food at Billy. He was going to show it to Deb first, but he figured testing it on Billy first would be better.
"Don't blame me. Blame the state fairs."
Send my muse a food or a drink and they will have to eat or drink it! || (always accepting) || @dementedspeedster
Eyes widened at the absolute horrific sight presented before him by Thad, recoiling in disgust and shaking his head rapidly.
A bug donut. A cream-filled donut... Of bugs. No, no, no, absolutely not. He didn't care about the apparent health benefits or whatever of eating bugs; it was not for him, especially on a sweet treat like a donut. Unfortunately for the multiplier, he did have to take a bite of this concoction; boy, how he's never hated the speedster more than in this moment right now.
"Nuh uh, I am blamin' ya! Thad, what in the goddamn hell is wrong witchu? Like, seriously! That whole beef fizz thang is light work compared ta this! Outcha damn mind with this one."
Billy let out a groan, both hands pressing against the sides of his head as he dreaded the inevitable. Though he paused in his dramatics and thought for a moment, only for a grin to then spread across his face as a clone appeared next to him and take a hesitant hold of the donut.
Technically, Billy was still eating it, but it wasn't him doing the action of it at least. He'd still end up getting some of that taste and that unfortunate crunchy mouth-feel as the multiple was going through it and after he disappeared, but at least it wouldn't be in his own stomach and he wouldn't have to do the actual biting into it himself.
Was this a total cop out? Sure! But Thad would absolutely do it too if he had his powers. Anyone would, because fuck this.
"Godspeed, soldier." The original grumbled to his counterpart as he took a bite, a crunch ensuing paired with a mumbled groan coming from the duplicate who carried on with finishing the task. A shudder from both as it was chewed and swallowed, only for Billy to make him disappear so he didn't have to suffer anymore than he had to.
Immediately he could taste the "treat" and it wasn't... great. Sure, the chocolate and enriched dough of the donut itself helped, but the bug taste was just so odd. Though the texture would've been the worst part, that's for sure.
Nonetheless, the duplicator shakes it off, physically and mentally, and glares at Thad with total disdain as his arms cross in front of his chest.
"Ya pull cheap shit like this, then I do too. Just the way it works, Thaddyboy. I hope them bugs be crawlin' all over ya t'night."
