First ask’s about Planets, huh? Starting off strong!

Let’s do this!

A Planet is the core of the Player’s experience during early game, and, if so desired, the platform for full realization upon completion of the Quest in the endgame.With that said, the Planet is the groundwork for the Player’s development. While it’s ultimately up to the Player to choose whether or not to take the path of the Quest, the Planet is molded for that purpose.

Pages and Knights tend to have Planets that directly antagonize them, as the core of their very existence.

The struggle with their Aspect, the oppression the Player subconsciously exerts against it (stronger for Knights, more subtle for Pages), is the entire point of their journey, and channeled though their Land.

A Page of Mind is both amazed and intimidated by action, choice, consequence. For them, the Aspect of Mind is a monster so beautiful and grand, it could gobble them right up.

With that said, their Land would throw them completely off-balance: trying to confuse, mislead, make the Page trapped inside their own head.

And it would be absurdly good at that.

Their Quest would involve breaking free of the confinement of one’s mind, and open their mind to the bigger picture. Learning that sometimes there are things that cannot be “thought inside the box”.

I would give the Page of Mind…

the Land of Riddles and Spirals , or LORAS.

Riddles and puzzles everywhere, getting more cryptic and nonsensical by the second, and spirals that swirl and move organically, almost if hypnotizing the Page into locking themselves inside their own feelings of confusion.

👽 - What things do you want to see in more trolls?

I think the main thing I’d be interested in seeing in more trolls, is more designs that are based on elaborate jokes and tropes from other kinds of media. It seems odd to think about, but a LOT of the original Homestuck characters were jokes first and deep, beautifully flawed people second. I’d love to see more characters that are less serious, but still properly developed.

11. Name a guilty pleasure game.

Back when my knowledge of video games were limited and I didn’t care about the stories of games, I used to play a lot of Pokemon Battle Revolution. I guess other people expected it to have the story of something like Colosseum or XD and they were let down that it didn’t. But I didn’t care, I thought it was pretty fun. I guess I liked it because it let me play Pokemon with my younger relatives. It’s music is pretty cool too. Also, the anime’s english announcer does all the announcing.
