My Uncle Vik is a pretty cool guy and dis is him in his chair before he flew Delta, also in da pic is his chair more than a week after he flew delta and they lost a part of his chair. They lost da back so he can’t use his chair and set him up with a clunky rental chair while they get him replacement parts. They lost it on Wednesday da 22nd, they had da chair for 4 days before he flew again and nothing happened so they shipped da chair back to us Wednesday da 29th still broke, den they want my Uncle to have an appt with a specialist to measure replacement part?! They had da chair a week already!!! They have ordered replacement part but no timeline for when it will be fixed wtf Delta?
