Delta who constantly gets into arguments with Omega and Alpha now
Delta who doesn't feel at home in their own body and now in their own family
Delta who feels regret for what they did to themself not for how it is effecting them but for how its effecting his pack
Delta who spends hour-less nights in the archives
Delta who takes notes and journals about his experiences
Delta who wants to go home to the hellish seas
Delta who becomes more and more absent during the day, hidden away in the archives with their nose in book after book
Delta who becomes lighter by the day, the quintessence trapped in their body eating its way out
Delta who doesn't emerge from the archives for days on end
A pack who ventures down to their packmates favorite place
A fire ghoul who is baffled when the archivists say Delta is not down here
A quintessence ghoul with dread and guilt building in his stomach
A family who has to come to terms with the fact they could not help while their other half wasted away
A cold, dark library forever reeking of quintessence and sorrow
