Ingredients: 2 packs of ramen noodles. 1/2 cup sliced chicken breast. 1/2 cup sliced beef sirloin. 1/2 cup sliced pork loin. 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1/2 cup sliced carrots. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add minced garlic and saut for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chicken, beef, and pork slices. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add the shrimp and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Push the meat and shrimp to one side of the wok and add a bit more oil if needed. Add the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften. Combine the meat and vegetables in the wok, then add the cooked ramen noodles. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to coat evenly. If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes for some heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy your overstuffed ramen stirfry!
