Ingredients: 6 slider buns. 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. 6 slices of bacon. 1/2 cup Caesar dressing. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 6 lettuce leaves. 6 slices of tomato. 6 slices of provolone cheese.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat. Drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook seasoned chicken thighs until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes per side. Assemble sliders: Spread Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, cooked chicken thigh, bacon slice, and provolone cheese. Place the top half of the bun over the cheese. Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through. Serve warm and enjoy!
