So this here is my little trio of demon ocs that like, want to basically completely stop all the petty wars and infighting going on in the Demon Realm. Because if SDBH has taught me anything it's that the demon gods all hate each other.
Granted these ladies' reasons are more serious than my silly takes on the Demon Realm and its lore.

Kuru's is easy. She's a medicinal expert and worked in the medical field prior to her breaking off, so she obviously is constantly seeing the carnage that comes from these petty wars and spats. She finds it to be a senseless loss of life in the Realm, especially considering in my writing that the Demon Realm's population is said to be at quite the low.
Beck's was already set. Husband died when their son was still young, probanly from illness. Beck treasured the hell out of her son and did everything she could to ensure he got the best life ever while she ran their small family restaurant on the side. Son grows up and decides he wants to join the army of the then king to not only protect his mother but many ithers, despite Beck being a lil hesitant. He then dies in one of these petty wars and it completely destroys Beck since she lost everyone. She ends up losing her restaurant too given she was too grief-stricken to keep running it.
Eventually Kuru comes across her and helps her get back on her feet. With a clearer mind, Beck realizes her son wouldn't want her to be crying all the time and decides she wants to help dismantle the entire ruling system of the DR in the name of her son
Delais is a botanist. I decided she had a love for carnivorous plants and wanted to break the stigma of them not being as pretty as any other plant. Let alone, she starts collecting poisonous plants for the same manner. A lord ruling over the area Delais lived in approached her, requesting that she lend her plants to aid in an ongoing war against another faction, but Delais refuses. Not only was it something she didn't agree with, but it would only worsen the stigma around her beloved plants. Well, the lord wasn't too happy about that. To not only retaliate against Delais but also ensure no other faction would get access to her plants, they burnt her home and everything to the ground. Years of her work went up in smoke, and the only plant that survived was the one clipped to the back of her hair.
Having lost her life's work after saying she wanted no part in a petty spat, Delais decides that...maybe letting her plants eat humanoid beings is fine for the sake of stopping all this madness.
So, she joined with the other two and has been steadly regrowing a collection.
The fun thing with Delais is the flower clipped to the back of her hair is a version of drosera capensis she disguised to look like a regular flower. So, when the situation calls for it, she lets its arms come out of the flower disguise like tentacles and help her attack. So yeah she's the one that is, less opposed to killing out of the three.
