Manuscript: What is a book you want to read but are intimidated by?
rn i think Priory of the Orange Tree. it’s fantasy and it’s wlw i think but the book looks so big that it’s kind of a deterrent for me because i always have so many other (smaller, normal size) books to read at any given notice

*cracks knuckles* jk rowling for one. pretty much hate any kind of creator that drags their works out and tries to make more content even after a series and world is finished to make money even though the content is really, really bad even to actual fans. cassandra clare fits in that category. how many shadowhunter books has she even written? i dont even want to know. leigh bardugo is like, fine, i guess, but i just cannot abide the writing and whenever i do read any of her books (i read three since she was so popular and it kept getting recommended to me) its like “how did someone let this get published”
