Maybe she has had a bit too much to drink, or maybe it has something to do with half a point missing from her poison ring, but she finds herself feeling a little bit dizzy. She breaks from the dance floor, a half-stumble through the crowd of people and she finds a seat off to the edge of the room. If she were sober, she would have some snarky comment about how the staff should wipe the seats down more often --- in a voice that always scarily reminded her of her mother. Flashing lights and thumping music from the live band situated on the stage burn against her brain, and she takes a moment to look around. Someone walks by her, and she reaches out to grab at their arm.   ❛   Hey, man --- can you. Can you find me some water? And --- and some chewing gum.  ❜    A frown, as she looks up at the stranger with one hand rubbing her jaw and the other still clutching at their (fabulous) jacket.
