To say the Dragon King has been in a trance wouldn’t be an understatement. Scroll after scroll, parchment after parchment are etched in ebony expressions. 

He sits atop of the eastern tower of Tianqiu Palace, taking in the scenic view before him. Retuo is energized by the warmth of the sun and ever content to remain here for the time being. One shouldn’t folly them for being unaware of one who would disrupt such peace. For a presence so familiar to them as water is to fish would not trigger any sense of imminent danger. The two now wear matching red marks that would no doubt vanish soon enough. But the image still brings about pearls of laughter from the Dragon King.

@deificdeceit: Of course, it is not proper for a Harbinger to stoop to actions that are considered so 'improper' and even potentially 'derogatory'. But many fail to see that the twelfth does not care and will do as he pleases to cause nothing but simple chaos if he finds himself bored. 

Hence why he's here, deciding to be a nuisance for the young Khaenri'ahn. He simply props his head upon his shoulder and bites his cheek with no warning. - from Il Drago for Kaeya :)

this wasn’t what kaeya was expecting, to see the twelfth just walk over and bite his cheek and he immediately glared at him with cryo energy appearing where he bit to freeze him for that attempt with an annoyed huff on his lips.
