married for the trust fund
I mean. I can't stop you.
Thank you for asking completely voluntarily and of your own volition! (I'm doing a WIP tag game! Ask me about my WIPs to unlock Secrets.)
married for the trust fund is literally just Trust Fall, which is stalled out because I don't want to pad the wedding and @kieran-granola has moved on to greener pastures been very busy with Life.
I would just skip the wedding entirely (hisssswedding) but Tim must come face-to-face with his greatest fear blah blah blah aww who am I kidding—it has some killer banter moments and I'm a sucker for banter.

Bernard looks at Eddie, at Starfire, and at Darla. "Tim. Tim. Tiiim! I think… Oh my God. Bruce Wayne. Stephanie Brown. Dick Grayson. Titus. Oh my god, it's so obvious, how did I miss it?? The Waynes are the Superfamily!"
(Somewhere on the other side of the garden, Clark chokes on his drink.)
"I really don't think—" Tim starts.
"No, no, look, I know it's probably a shock to realize you've married an alien, but it makes sense. Be right back, testing my theory!"
Tim stiffens. "Bernard, no!"
"Let him." Jason hugs Tim from behind. "At worst, Bruce will bore him to death, at best we'll get to see blondie punch him in the face."
Does this make Dick or Jason the Metropolis Kid? Maybe Jason being dead was really just a metaphor for him moving to Hawaii! But how is Bruce making Titus a white dog (or is he making Krypto a black dog)? Tim hates that his brain is immediately asking these questions.
Luckily Artemis swoops in to distract Bernard and remind him that marrying non-humans is a perk, so Tim should be very happy.
This inevitably leads to Bernard begging Steph to show him her superstrength. Her ability to lift him like he's nothing does nothing to dissuade him from his wild theories.
