Forgive me for the walls I keep, they are not for you, but for the me I haven’t yet learned to show.

I think one of the quiet contradictions within me is this, I feel everything deeply, yet I struggle to give those feelings a voice. Inside, my thoughts are clear, almost too clear. I revisit moments, turn them over gently, trying to understand every emotion, every shift, every unspoken meaning. But when the moment comes to speak… the words don’t always follow. And I know how silence can be misunderstood. It can look like distance, like indifference, like a lack of care. But my silence is never empty, it’s often full, just untranslatable. I’m still learning how to bridge that space between feeling and expression, between what lives within me and what I can offer outwardly. So if my quiet ever made you feel unseen or unimportant, I’m truly sorry.

Sometimes you have to be honest with yourself and say, I'm not loved here. I'm not appreciated. I'm not valued. I'm not seen. Then walk away, and stay away.
