#deeb post

EBDB is a tabletop pc of mine from the same fucked up cosmological-post-apocalypse setting as my buddy's character PD. Like her and the rest of the party he's only just gained consciousness and agency after a lifetime of just kind of Existing as body-sans-soul, by dint of finding himself the host and wielder of several powerful concepts of reality (he's probably a larval god). Unlike the other PCs, who are experiencing a certain degree of wonder and awe about the world around them and their newfound freedom to act in it, Deeb's past has left him chronically anhedonic, and the fact that he now embodies the concept of Knowledge and has perfect recall of said past and also of everything that has ever gone wrong in all of recorded history does not help matters. Add to all the the matter of his other driving concepts being Deception, Intoxication, and Shapeshifting and you can probably see how he's A Lot right now. Nobody likes you when you're 23 and Lokipilled.
