I don’t know why I keep having dreams about Elvis and Priscilla, but this one was sooo adorable. For some reason, they were taking a trip to Ireland with Ann Beaulieu and Dee Stanley somewhere around 1967 or so. It was right after they had gotten married, but before they found out that Priscilla was pregnant. They were at some kind of tourist attraction, and Priscilla had taken her coat off when it started to get cold. Priscilla was about to put her coat back on when Elvis immediately swooped in, picked up her coat, and held her coat while she put her arms through the holes. He was just about to start zipping up her jacket when of course Dee had to chime in and was like “Elvis, is that really necessary? Just save all the fuss and let her do it on her own.” Elvis got a little mad, turned to Dee, and said, “She’s my little girl. I’m helping her.” And Dee was quiet after that. Elvis zipped up Priscilla’s coat and kissed her on the forehead. “Oh, I love you Elvis,” Priscilla said, and Elvis just pulled her into a long hug. Then I woke up lol.
