I like the way you think. Honestly it was her presence that gave me that "wait a minute... I know her 🤔" feeling when we first saw her. Then I remembered her character on Moesha was not only the mom but also the high school principle who didn't put up with no foolishness 😂 Sheryl Lee Ralph just has that energy and it's what keeps me from being able to hate President Wade... auntie was not putting up with Alder's bullshit 🤣

Sheryl X Barbara This one is so meta XD! Since SLR is a Philly Senator's wife, it's possible that she'll come to Abbott. In that visit, everyone was shocked and pointed out how SLR and Barb have an uncanny resemblance. Barb doesn't see it at all, Janine sided with her just to be supportive.

Ms. Ralph sang a bit for the crew and they were all amazed. Barb acknowledged her talent but went kinda jealous when Melissa was being too friendly and in awe of the OG Dreamgirl. Then SLR promised a solo performance for Abbott. Everyone was ecstatic and Ava immediately prepped for an emergency AVA FEST. On the day of the performance, SLR canceled last minute. Then Ava thought of something: letting Barb perform as Ms. Ralph. She was against it at first but agreed anyway because of Ava's skills with transformation and persuasion. Barbara then performed for everyone and no one suspected a thing.

As the audience left and only the crew remained, Melissa pointed out how the event went well and how Barbara nailed the performance. Turns out the crew, except one, knew it was Barbara singing the whole time. They complimented her, of course. Janine over-compliments, Gregory tells her it's too much, Ava takes credit as usual, Jacob pretends he knew it was Barb, and Mr. Johnson is disappointed because he wanted to chat with SLR about working with her on Broadway.

Maggie (Instant Mom) X Barbara Maggie's grandsons just transferred to Abbott Elementary. Maggie being Maggie (loud, bubbly, and feisty) kinda gets on Barbara's nerves. James, one of Maggie's grandsons, pulled a prank on a kindergarten class under Mrs. Howard, so Maggie was called to school. She wanted to just get through to Mrs. Howard, trying to make sure her grandbaby wouldn't be punished.

The conversation wasn't going too well when Maggie noticed a book under some kindergarten piles. It's one of her written romance novels. She used that by revealing that she is Sherry Chardonnay, the author. Barb tries to deny reading that romance novel, saying it's just "recommended to her," but when Maggie revealed that she's the author, the tenured teacher gave in. At the end, Barb got a new friend and an autographed book. They bond through reading and drinking wine 😂. They both love wines, and Barb even pointed out that Sherry Chardonnay is such a good penname.

Dee (Moesha) X Barbara This one would be at a PECSA weekend, Dee is a guest speaker. Barbara and Dee go way back, and Barb was telling old stories when Ava suddenly asked how come Barb stayed a kindergarten teacher while Dee was once a Vice Principal before transferring her work to Jamaica and is now well-known. Melissa was ready to swing because she thought Ava had crossed the line, then Janine came to the rescue by pointing out the things Barb has accomplished.

Then out of nowhere, Dee emerges. Apparently, she was listening to the conversation and felt that she needed to step up. She complimented Barbara by saying that she tried to recruit her to work with her in Jamaica, but Mrs. Howard declined, saying she can't just abandon her kids plus Abbott is the place where she ought to be. All of them were touched as Ava apologized and told them that it wasn't her intention to be rude; she was just genuinely curious why Barbara stayed at Abbott for so long. Barb accepted the apology, and to change the topic, Dee started telling stories about "Sea Barbara" from one of their cruises.
