#dedue.

he does little wood carvings to destress but also as a small hobby. he makes animals loosely based on the myths / stories his mother used to tell him and his sibling before bed. it’s something he picked up after coming to the monastery. 

he knows how to play a few wind + string instruments. 

he’s self conscious about his dancing because of his size but he can move quite well. 

his hands are warm. 

he struggles to sleep. a very light sleeper. the slightest of sounds could rouse him awake. 

i just imagine him watching the cats and dogs around the monastery. and wanting to pet them but also worried they would run away form him but no the ending is that the cats sit on him and love him and so do the dogs

Or when sunlight filters in all spotty through the greenhouse glass and hits dedue on the crown of his head while he tends to roots and plants.

In the kitchen when it’s going from afternoon into evening and dedue has the kitchen to himself and the flickers of sunset wash over his brown skin as he creates the comfort of duscar into a meal.
