@iamdedrabbit​ are a band of four brothers originally from Yorkshire, now based in Edinburgh, who play alternative rock music and recently signed to DirtyFaderRecords. 

They also put out a song called ‘Blues Away’, which might be the direct opposite of ‘Gotta Get Outta This Place’ in that it’s extremely calming and fluid rock closer to The War On Drugs or Future Islands; both tracks are off of their upcoming debut album, due to release in Spring 2021.

Now onto this single; it’s raucous indie alternative rock at it’s best with all the pieces needed for a great time: a beat driven home by solid drums and encouraging backing vocals, some truly entertaining guitar parts, and enticing lyrics that don’t tire after the first listen. 

Excited for what’s next from this band, but first I’m going to go back through what they’ve already put out; there are three EPs and a couple other tunes on their Bandcamp and Spotify just waiting to be dove into.
