Hope im not bothering you but greetings! Can I ask for Glamrock Freddy or Monty with an s/o who looks either like a drawkill animatronic or withered. They've been through alot and are happy that they get to have someone there for them, it's ok if not!! ^^
masterlist + rules for requesting!
i'm not too familiar with drawkill animatronics so to avoid making too many inaccuracies, reader's animatronic look will be more similar to the withered fnaf 2-3 style with a bit of drawkill! hope this is what you were looking for, my apologies in advance for not writing the looks too in detail! it was hard for me to describe :( PS: this is the first time i'm writing with Greg in the story! hopefully i captured his cheeky yet sometimes snarky attitude accurately here :^) also, i got a bit too emotional with Freddy's part hence it being much longer than Monty's.. oops!
TW: reliving trauma, slight angst and brief mentions of blood; not in detail. adult animatronic, gender-neutral reader! total words: 7642

Glamrock Freddy (He/Him)
- 4882 words
"Gregory, why are we here?" The orange bear asks. He looks around, disgusted by the mounds of black plastic bags littering the area. Some bags had holes in it, its contents pouring out like a trash waterfall. Gregory grimaces at the sight of a cockroach scurrying past and tightened his grip on his animatronic guardian. "That night when I was running away from Chica after stealing her voice box, I found something.. I wanted to show you it and see if you knew what or who; it is." The boy responds. Freddy raises an eyebrow, curious. "Something? Or someone? Gregory, it is practically impossible for a human to live in this.. Filth."
Gregory shakes his head, "No, Freddy! Just trust me on this." The animatronic bear sighs and keeps his silence. He knew Gregory could be stubborn when he chose to, and this seemed like one of those situations. As hideous and disgusting the sewers could be, it was also a rather dangerous place. Freddy opened his stomach hatch, "Superstar, could you get inside? I am not comfortable with you exposed to all the bacteria in the air.."
Gregory frowned as he tugged on Freddy's hand. "We're almost there! You can carry me later on the way back." Freddy paused, seemingly thinking over the child's suggestion. He nodded, causing the child to cheer happily and run off. The bear grumbled and stomped after Gregory, muttering under his breath about how children had boundless energy.
Gregory abruptly came to a stop and excitedly turned around, waiting for Freddy to catch up. "Here!" He waved his hands around and jumped in place. Freddy scanned the area, a frown forming on his face. "I do not know what you want to show me, Gregory. I do not see anything peculiar.." Gregory huffed and pointed a finger to the ground. It was already hard to see in the dim lighting of the sewers, yet Freddy's optics could not find what Gregory had been desperately been trying to show him. Gregory had forgotten to bring a flashlight in his excitement over this trip 'down under'.
"Come on, Freddy! Use your Roxy eyes!" Gregory urged. Freddy gasped, his mind now clicking with the suggestion.
"That is a genius idea, Superstar! I had forgotten that I had those eyes to begin with," Freddy closes his eyes for a moment and switched Roxy's abilities on. After the disastrous event of Gregory being stuck in the Pizzaplex after-hours, he had managed to destroy and grab not only the original design of Roxy's eyes, but also Chica's voice box and Monty's claws within six hours. Call him brutal, but that was what he was; a brutal child.
Though some odd miracle, he had managed to befriend the security guard and get her assistance in returning the stolen parts to the robbed animatronics. Freddy needed not to return Roxy's eyes. He was instead upgraded with the option to turn the extra abilities of the optics on and off, whenever he chose to. The wolf that was stolen from was given a new pair of eyes, albeit not as advanced as her original pair. The three damaged animatronics came out of repairs in much better condition, albeit being a little scuffed up. They had no memory of the night prior, then being horrified after learning that they had attempted murder on an innocent child.
Freddy scanned the area once again, purple outlines showing around his surroundings. Gregory groaned, "Down, Freddy!" He followed the child's instructions, gasping when he spotted it. He picked the item up with shaking hands. He held a hand much smaller than his, covered in (A/C) fur. Gregory stood on his tip-toes, looking at Freddy with curious eyes. "Does this mean anything? I accidentally tripped over it when running from Chica."
Freddy exhaled, his breaths shaky and nervous. "This hand.. It belonged to someone dear to me.." Gregory perks up, "By any chance, did they have bunny ears?"
Freddy froze. Hearing of the specific body part almost caused his knees to buckle, his shocked state overriding his control of his body. Gregory grabbed at his arm tightly, pulling him back. "Freddy! Be careful," He said worriedly.
Freddy paused, trying to find the right words. "Gregory, please be honest.. There is no bunny down here, is there?" Gregory furrowed his eyebrows, "I haven't lied to you at all! There really is a bunny here, I just have no idea where they are..." As he trailed off, the sound of soft squeaking reached their ears. The brunette grinned, running towards the sound. His animatronic bear of a guardian gasped as the child bolted. "Gregory! What have I told you about running off?" He called out as he quickly followed behind, clutching the metal hand close to his chest, where his heart would be; if he had a physical one.
Gregory came to a stop and peered around the corner of a pillar, letting out an excited gasp. "Freddy! I found the bunny!"
Just as Gregory came into clear view, Freddy stood still in his tracks. Gregory was not lying, there really was a bunny. Freddy took small, slow steps as he inched closer. It could not be who he thought it was- right? This bunny had been decommissioned years ago, right after the other bunny had disappeared as well.
"(Y/N)?" Your name felt odd for Freddy to whisper after all this time. It felt illegal, as if he had said a word that was not allowed at a Pizzaplex. Had it been a curse word, it would have sounded crackled and glitched, his voice filter doing its job. Yet, here he stood, saying your name as clear as the crystals his eyes resembled.
It had become routine for him to wash away any feelings and thoughts of you away after the bad news of you being decommissioned. It was hard for Freddy to move on. Truth be told, he never had moved on. He just chose to bury his feelings and avoid anything that reminded him of the bunnies.
But, there you were, crumpled on the ground. It was hard to see properly in the practically pitch black corner of the sewers, yet Freddy knew it was you. He had memorized every inch of you, he knew for certain that the broken animatronic in front of him was you.
He watched as your left arm jolted upon saying your name. "Greg..?" Your voice came out garbled and practically incoherent, yet the child was quick to catch onto your words. "Bunny! You're alive!" He exclaimed. Gregory wanted to touch you, to help you up, but as he watched the sparks fly out from your other arm, he hesitated. The last thing he wanted to be was electrocuted.
"You came back.." You replied softly, your voice down to a whisper. You sounded tired and your speech was slurred; just as how the animatronics sounded when low on power. Gregory grinned, "I told you I would! I brought someone to help us,"
You finally opened the only eye you had left. "It- Impossible.. To help..." You said, reaching out your right arm to pat the child on the head. You paused, gazing at the joint where a hand should be attached to your arm. "Forgot.. hand- Lost.." You laughed, though it came out more as a pitiful wheeze.
Freddy stepped forward, "I believe I have found it," Freddy had never been one for confrontation; he was never trained for such a situation. Especially one like this, finding his supposed decommissioned animatronic friend in the sewers with a human child he adopted not too long ago.
Your eye widened, finally recognizing the bear that stood in front of you. "F-Fred-dy..?" You choked out. Said bear bent down to your level pulling you gently into a hug. He ignored how your open wires sent small painful shockwaves through his system and savored having you in his arms. Freddy never had the chance to said goodbye to you. All he knew was that the last time he saw you was that you were going to check something out at Monty Golf for your older brother; his best friend, Bonnie. The next morning, both you and Bonnie had gone missing. He was only told a week later that both bunnies were decommissioned.
Upon hearing from a child that wishes do come true, he looked up at the fake stars on the ceilings of the Pizzaplex. For a year, he wished on every night, without fail. He wished to see either you and your brother again. He wished on every single star. He finally gave up when nothing seemed to change.
It seemed that his wish was finally granted, though it was years too late.
If Freddy could shed tears, he would have cried a river at that moment. He was so relieved to see you alive. You were indeed broken, but it was not beyond repair. He knew it was; You had to be. Freddy knew that he would do anything in his power to salvage and fix you, even if it cost him his parts.
Though Freddy did not know the whole story, he knew one thing for sure. You never deserved anything that had happened.
Freddy's voice box garbled and hitched, making odd sounds. The bear was indeed crying, yet such sounds terrified the child next to him. "Freddy? Are you okay?!" He asked, taking a step back. Gregory did not know what to think, was Freddy getting possessed just like how the other Glamrocks said they were on that fateful night? Should he have regretted bringing Freddy here?
Freddy looked up, eyes wide. He had forgotten that Gregory was there. He chuckled awkwardly, "Everything is alright, Superstar.. I was uh- crying.." The child squinted his eyes at Freddy. "You.. Can cry? I thought that was just a Roxy thing.. Is it because of those eyes?" Freddy chuckles at Gregory's curiosity. "This bunny.. They're someone very special to me and I have not seen them for years. How did you find them?" He asks.
Gregory grinned, his front two teeth cheekily sticking out. "Bunny helped me find the generators when I was running from Chica! I promised them that I would come back to help return the favour," Freddy hummed, patting the child's head. "Thank you, Gregory.. I thought that I would never see them again."
Freddy looks down to check on you again, only to go into panic mode when he had noticed your eye was closed. He gasped, shaking your damaged form as lightly as he could. "(Y/N)? Don't close your eye, please.. I'm right here!" The bear was getting anxious. He did not know if there would be any time left, or if he was on a timer to save you. Had time already run out? Was it too late?
Sounds of wheels behind them caused Gregory's hair to stand. He took a daring glimpse, only to slap a hand onto his mouth to stifle a scream. Marionette bots had spotted them and were advancing onto them quickly. The bots had terrifying grins painted onto their faces.
Gregory springs up, "Freddy, we've got to get them into the Parts and Services! NOW!" For once, the child was being the logical one. Freddy nods and opens up his chest compartment. "Hurry in, Gregory! We must save (Y/N)!" The child hops in with ease, used to the motion. He grumbles as he was knocked head-first onto the metal endoskeleton behind him. "Freddy!" He groaned in pain.
The bear's voice box lets out a startled yet garbled sound, the word distorted. "Apologies, Gregory. I must pick up (Y/N) and run to Parts and Services. The ride will be bumpy for a bit, so I suggest holding onto something. Hold onto it tightly." He instructs, bending down to position himself to pick your frail body up.
He gave Gregory a moment, "Okay Freddy, I'm good! Don't worry about me!" Freddy hums in response, placing you into his arms as gently as he could. A soft groan escaped your lips, your head lolling back and hit his shoulder with a thump. Freddy grimaced, it was as graceful as he could do in that moment. He looks down at what remained of your face; your bunny ears bent in half, the missing patches of fur that exposed the many wires that powered you, and the closed eye that held his favourite colour. He nuzzles your closed eyelid, "Hang in there (Y/N), please. I promise I'll put you back together."
"Freddy! You're supposed to be- What are you carrying?" Vanessa yelled, only stopping abruptly when her gaze landed on your body. Freddy smiles, "My best friend! You must know (Y/N), they are Bonnie's little sibling. They were decommissioned a few years ago.." His voice drops to a solemn tone at the mention of your gruesome fate. Vanessa shrugged, "I'm not too familiar with Bonnie or them, but I have seen old posters of them around."
Freddy enters Parts & Services with Gregory and Vanessa in tow, hurriedly placing you onto the chair, inside the protective cylinder. Gregory whizzes back and forth in the room, rummaging through open boxes to find animatronic pieces to help his father figure. Vanessa only stutters at the door, astonished at how fast things were going. "F-Freddy- You can't!-" She shouts, trying to stop the bear. But, to no avail. The bear was on a mission, and he was determined to get you back in somewhat working condition. Getting you to see and talk properly was more than enough for him.
Gregory almost falls onto the floor, stumbling on a loose piece of metal. He grins at Freddy, showing the animatronic his finds. "I found Chica's original voice box, two paws from Roxy's stash and eyes from a box hidden in the back! It said 'Bunny eyes', so I thought it was suitable," The child was proud of his finds, happy to be of help to Freddy. Freddy hums, patting the child on the head. "Good job, Superstar! Now, let's get them all fixed up."
"FREDDY!" Vanessa yelled his name again. The duo stopped in their tracks, turning back to look at the security guard with large eyes. She pauses, holding up a hand as she took a deep breath. "Freddy, Gregory, sorry for yelling. But, you cannot just repair up a random animatronic, a decommissioned one at that!" Gregory opens his mouth to respond, a snarky remark already at the back of his tongue. Vanessa glared at him, prompting him to wait as she continued to speak.
"Not to mention, management is still keeping an eye on me regarding that night! They want updates regarding the child that broke in..." She raised and eyebrow at said child. Gregory giggles awkwardly, a small thumbs-up sent her way. Vanessa sighed exasperatedly, rubbing her forehead. Her migraine was starting to come in again. "I understand that you want to repair your friend, Freddy. I would allow you if it was up to me.. But, we have too many risks involved, have you even thought of the possible repercussions if management finds out?" Freddy kept silent. There was a pregnant pause in the atmosphere.
Vanessa nods to herself, assuming the pair had understood her points. "Glad you two get it.. Now, please return them from where you found-"
"Officer Vanessa, I cannot."
She looked at him with a deadpanned expression. Vanessa knew Freddy was naturally stubborn, he would push and push until things gone his way. Just like Gregory. Like father, like son. Yet, she could see the desperation in his face and hear the heartbreak in his voice. "Why not? You've gone years without them, Freddy. Be thankful that you even managed to see them again." She responded.
"Officer Vanessa.. I.. I love them. I never had the chance to tell them my feelings before they disappeared. They are my best friend, they always put me back together when I felt like I was falling apart. Now, it is my turn to return the favour."
The blonde blinked. She has never heard the bear utter those three words in her time of working with him. She squinted her eyes, "Did you just say that you loved them?"
Freddy nodded immediately, a small smile playing on his face. "It feels so freeing to say it openly now.. I do love them; I've always loved them. Suppressing my feelings until now had felt so stifling. I am glad to finally have that weight off me." Vanessa's rigid posture slackened. What was she to do now? Especially with an in-love animatronic, desperate to save his beloved?
She glanced at Gregory, silently asking for help. He showed her the animatronic parts he held. "Come on, Van! Do it for love, huh?" He grinned. Vanessa sighed, finally giving in. She walked up to them and glanced at the bear.
"Are you sure about this?" She asked. Freddy smiled, his eyes conveying the gratitude he felt. "Yes, Officer Vanessa. I will do anything to fix them." Vanessa nodded, and looked away. She knew she would be fired if management found out, and possibly even be served with a lawsuit. Too many risks. Another glance at Freddy; he was gazing at you. She could see his true feelings, all the love and pain he felt. Freddy reminded her of herself when she lost a loved one as well. Gregory's words bounced in her mind, Do it for love!
That sealed her final decision. She cracked her knuckles, turning on the upgrade computer.
Welcome to Parts and Service. Please select your desired procedure.
Vanessa turned to Freddy. He nodded. No turning back now. "Can we do the eyes first?" Gregory asked. "I was planning to do the voice box first-" Freddy replied, only to be cut off by Gregory. "-Please! The eyes are my favourite part of upgrading!" After a moment, Freddy agreed. "Alright, Superstar." Vanessa clicked Ocular Upgrade on the computer.
Please enter the protective cylinder to continue.
"Be careful." Vanessa said softly to the duo. Gregory blew through his lips, "I've done it like, three times but, I'm practically an expert now! No need to worry!" Freddy shook his head, chuckling at the child's antics. "We will be safe. I am sure that I know how upgrading goes, considering it is often done on me." He reassured her.
It was only then, in the bright lighting of the protective cylinder, was when Freddy realised much damage your body had. Your entire endoskeleton was practically showing, save for the small patches of (A/C) fur that covered some parts. On the patches of remaining fur, there were small splotches of red. Freddy grimaced, he did not want to think of what the splotches were. Your metal ribcage showed clearly; It made Vanessa involuntarily shiver.
Your ears were bent and flopped over at an unnatural angle; whereas your ears should be firmly standing straight, just like your older brother. You only had a single eye, the other only had a red 'iris' remaining. Your jaw hung open, your once pearly-white teeth now a mix of black and yellow from neglect. Sparks of electricity came out of your right arm, wires dangerously open. A hand was missing from your left arm.
Wait.. The missing hand!
Freddy patted his body, turning left and right. Gregory tilted his head, "Freddy?" Said bear gasped, "Superstar, have you seen their missing hand? I must have accidentally dropped it.." His voice was full of shame and regret. He berated himself mentally, how could he be so stupid for dropping such an important part?
"Oh! It's in my pocket," The child giggled. He knew Freddy was pre-occupied over the discovery of his friend and took it upon himself to stow away the part. Freddy let out a sigh of relief, "Thank you, Superstar. Shall we get started?"
I love them.. Were the last things you heard before shutting down.
Rebooting... SAFE MODE
Soft voices caused you to slowly open your eyes, pulling you out of your slumber. As your sight adjusted, you noticed a blurry figure in front of you. The figure gasped, turning to the side. "Look! They're awake!" The figure cheered. Your eyesight finally cleared up and you came face to face with a child. His brown eyes sparkled brightly in excitement, "Bunny! You're okay!"
Your processors were still quite slow, taking a moment to take in everything. Your mind finally matched the familiar voice to the child's looks. "Greg..? I-Is th-at- you?" You replied. Your voice was hoarse and choppy. It sounded robotic and monotone, unlike the Glamrocks' voices which were always full of emotion. Gregory giggled, "Yes! I promised that I would help you, just like how you helped me. So.. Here we are!" He motioned to his surroundings. Your eyes followed, the bright lights from the protective cylinder causing you to reflexively lift a hand to shield yourself.
You paused, noticing the hand. It was the hand that had become detached, its (A/C) colour a darker shade than the rest of your body. It had rolled into the filth of the sewers after falling off. You did not have your other arm to pick it up, ultimately deciding to leave it there. It had fallen off after your run-in with Gregory, using what was left of your body to shield him from Chica and the white bunny that chased after him.
You glanced around your body, finding new parts that you swore had not belonged to you before. An odd gray silver paw was attached to your right leg, a mismatch in comparison to your (A/C) paw. You lifted your right arm, noticing that an whole new arm had been put in entirely. This new arm was orange in colour, freshly painted claws in the colour of blue at the end. You recognised this shade of orange.
Your head snapped up, looking outside of the protective cylinder. On the other side, stood a blonde security guard and the animatronic bear. He smiled, lifting his remaining arm to wave at you. "I'm glad to see you awake, (Y/N)." He moved closer, swapping places with Gregory. The child went to stand next to Vanessa, exchanging an enthusiastic fist-bump with her. You could hear the smugness in his voice, "I told you it would work!"
"Is it odd that they're the only one with fur?" Vanessa asked. Gregory showed her his Fazwatch, an old photograph of you dancing with children on it. "Apparently they taught dance? They probably were like Sun, interacting with children more often than Freddy." He responded. Vanessa agreed. "To avoid incidents, they probably had to be furry and plush.." She muttered to herself.
"Freddy- You- Arm.." You whispered, still in disbelief. He put a finger to your lips, a playful disapproving look on his face. "Do not overexert yourself, (Y/N).. We will have a lot of time to talk and catch up." He takes a proper look at your face. Both of your eyes were open, one (E/C) and the other a shade of purple, gazing back into his very own. Your new eye was supposed to be your brother's. Freddy could now see his best friend in that eye, he only hoped that Bonnie would be proud of him.
"I mis-sed you.. Freddy.. Never got- To say goo-dbye.." You croaked out. Freddy envelops you in a hug, his left arm sliding down to hold you properly. You could feel him quiver and shudder as you wrapped your arms around him to pull him closer. This hug was tighter than you knew Freddy's regular hugs were. It felt more desperate, more caring, more loving. His voice box sputtering and glitching made Vanessa gasp.
"Is he okay?" You heard her ask. Gregory waved a hand dismissively at her, "Apparently, he can cry too!" Vanessa raised an eyebrow. "Really? I thought that was a Roxy thing." Gregory claps his hands, "That's what I said!"
Freddy was crying. He was crying over you. You hummed, trying not to strain your voice and rubbed his back. "Why- Crying?" You whispered. The bear only squeezes you tighter, burying his head in your shoulder. "I never got to tell you my feelings, (Y/N). I think now is a fitting time.." He responded, pulling away slightly to look into your eyes.
He cups your cheek, careful not to touch the areas with missing fur so as not to disturb the exposed wires. "(Y/N).. I love you. I've loved you since the night we snuck onto the roof to go star-gazing three years ago; I never stopped loving you, even after you left."
You leaned into his touch, nuzzling his nose with yours. "I know. I wish... Had- the time to tell you- that I- Love you too.." Freddy smiled widely from your response, placing a kiss on your forehead before embracing you again. "We'll have all of eternity to say all the 'I love yous', sweetheart. I'm so happy to have you back." Your heart fluttered at the familiar nickname. Freddy had only reserved that nickname for you.
You heard Gregory cheer in the background. "WOOHOOOO! Mission accomplished!" He threw a fist into the air happily. Vanessa clicked her tongue, "Not to dampen the party, but where are you going to hide them?"
Freddy pulls away from you, his eyes wide in shock. "Right.. I forgot about that."
You huddled under the blanket, curling yourself into as small of a ball as possible. You were panting and your body was shivering uncontrollably. You could feel your insides begin to overheat, the cooling fans kicking in immediately. The metal door of Freddy's storeroom slid open, revealing your boyfriend. He hurried over to you, his strong stomps making the ground vibrate. "Sweetheart, are you alright? Why are you crying?" He asked gently, pulling you into his arms. He watched worriedly as your eyes blanked, quiet sputtering and sobs escaping from your voice box.
He jolted in surprise when you yelled. "No, please! Leave me alone!" He ignored the weak thumps you placed on his chest, rubbing your back comfortingly. "It is only me, Freddy." He says on repeat until you finished, crumpling like a piece of paper on him. He caught your body effortlessly and continued to rub your back.
Your eyesight cleared, finally seeing your boyfriend comforting you. "F-Freddy?" You croaked out. Your voice was hoarse, tired from crying. "Yes, sweetheart. Are you okay?" He asked gently. You shook your head, curling your arms around his neck. "I had a flashback, of sorts.. I remembered everything on the night I was decommissioned."
"Do you want to talk about it?" He prods. He wanted to know everything that had gone down that night; this was the first time you had brought it up since the day you were repaired. You glanced at your orange hand, a matching one to Freddy's. His selfless act of sacrificing a part of himself to save you only reminded you of his dedication to you. You knew Freddy would be there through thick and thin.
"I remember seeing Monty attack Bonnie.. Then I tried to stop it, but I saw his eyes.." You whispered, leaning your head on his shoulder. You felt Freddy freeze at the mention of his bandmate and his best friend. It was no surprise that the smallest mention of your older brother was still a sensitive subject for him.
"His eyes?" He replied, his down to a shaky whisper. Freddy blamed Monty for the decommission of both you and Bonnie. But deep down, he did not want to. It was the good in him, fighting his logical thinking. It filled his mind with all the 'What ifs' - What if Monty did not kill you and Bonnie? What if it was someone else?
"His eyes weren't red.. They were this vibrant purple."
Freddy paused. Purple? Why would Monty's eyes be purple? He made note to bring it up to Gregory and Vanessa when they came in for the night shift.
"Thank you for sharing that with me, sweetheart. I'm glad that you trust me enough to talk about this-" He started but was cut-off. You kissed his nose, a small laugh escaping from you due to the honk of his nose. "Thank you for always being there, Freddy." You said softly, earning a grin from him.
Freddy pulls you up, effortlessly carrying you into his arms as he exited the storage room. He sat on the couch of his room, still keeping you in his grasp. He purred happily, the warmth from his body spreading to yours. You stayed in the cuddle, finally relaxing completely in his arms.
"I love you." He whispered. You giggled and returned his declaration of love. There was nowhere else you would prefer to be.
The door of Freddy's room slid open. You heard a gasp, snapping your head away to look at the intruder. Gregory stood at the door, a frown on his face. "How could you leave me out?" He asked, his frown quickly replaced by his signature cheeky smile as he walked nearer. You opened your arms, accepting the child into the cuddle pile. Freddy's purrs only grew louder. It was an oddly mismatched family, but Freddy would not have it any other way.
Montgomery Gator (He/Him)
- 2760 words
"Where are they?!" Monty roared after reaching Parts and Services. He had caught wind of someone dear to him being repaired during a meet-and-greet and rushed out immediately. He left behind two S.T.A.F.F bots having to apologise for the gator's actions and redirected them to the other Glamrocks instead.
Gregory stepped out of the protective cylinder, a grin on his face. "Monty! You might wanna look at this." Monty gasped as he got closer. The animatronic laying still on the chair was someone that Monty thought he would never see again. He fell to his knees, his hands as gentle as could be as he touched the animatronic. "Baby? Is that you?" He asked. He ignored the way his voice cracked, too preoccupied in the moment to care.
The animatronic lifted a hand, waving it blindly in the air before coming into contact with Monty's face. Their hand moved around, getting a proper feel. "Mon-ty?" They whispered. Said gator threw his arms around the animatronic, pulling them as close to him as he physically could. "Shh, it's me.. Save your voice, I'll be here." He whispered.
"Who the hell is that?" Vanessa's voice echoed from the entrance of Parts and Services. Monty snapped around, a growl emitting from the back of his throat. "My partner, (Y/N)." The blonde looked back at him confusedly, "Did you just say partner-?" Gregory tugged at Vanessa's hand, pulling her away from you and Monty. "I'll explain everything, just give them some alone time," He said hurriedly, not wanting to face the wrath of Monty's temper.
As Gregory managed to get Vanessa out of the room, Monty turned his gaze back onto you. His eyes widened as his eyes travelled around your body, inspecting every nook and cranny. Wires were sticking out and exposed, small flicks of electricity escaping through them. Large chunks of metal were missing on your casing, exposing your endoskeleton. He could see the metal ribs that protected majority of your wires. A shudder ran through him. He knew what him and his friends looked like without the metal casing, but seeing it in the condition you were in was oddly terrifying to him.
He noticed a silvery grey arm attached to your right, the green claws at the tip was a familiar sight to him. Gregory must have used a spare Roxy arm, he concluded.
He caressed your face gently, running his hand to the tip of your fox ears. Your ears flicked in response to the stimulation. He chuckled at that, it was one of his favourite things of you. Your eyes finally opened, revealing the (E/C) shade he adored so much. "Hey," You said with a small smile. You leaned into his touch, his face moving closer to the point that his snout nuzzled your own. You closed your eyes contentedly, savoring the moment.
Then he thwacked your forehead. You flinched, glaring at him. "That's what you get for leaving me alone for two years. Ya hear me?! TWO YEARS!" He growled playfully and rubbed the spot on your forehead, placing a kiss on it afterwards. "Just kidding babe, I'm so happy to see you alive."
He was telling the truth. After you were decommissioned on the same day as your animatronic counterpart, Foxy, for unclear reasons, Monty had gone on a rampage. He tore and ruined anything in his sight, almost even hitting a child; had Chica not been quick to scoop up the child away to safety. His world that was painted vibrantly in your favourite colours, had gone dull and grey. Things were never the same after that. Monty had spiraled in your absence, resorting to more regular destructive behavior. He often took it out on himself, trashing his green room and effectively, conveniently trashing himself as well. It had gotten to the point where management was considering resetting him; his metal casing on a new endoskeleton, a new animatronic.
Would it be wrong for Monty to say that deep down, that was what he wanted? He no longer found joy in the things he loved. Everything reminded him of you - From the way you would laugh when he tried to teach you how to play golf, to the way you miserably failed in playing his bass, to even the smallest sight of your certain animatronic 'skin' shade that would cause him to snap.
Then came the night where Gregory had barreled recklessly into the Glamrocks' lives. A child stuck in the Pizzaplex? An odd possibility. But said child running from animatronics that tried to murder him? That was practically unheard of. Yet, it happened. Monty had no recollection of that fateful night. All he remembered was waking up with only his torso, his legs missing and claws attached to Freddy. He thought he was in some weird version of animatronic hell.
After learning the truth of that night, Monty had vowed to himself to make it up to Gregory. Sure, the big tough gator did dislike children in general. but he felt like he had to make it up to Gregory for trying to murder him, even if he was not in control. He did find himself enjoying his time with the child, eventually coming to see him as his own. Though Gregory did prefer Freddy, he did see Monty as some sort of animatronic uncle. Monty was just relieved that the child did not hold a grudge, though Gregory used it as an excuse at times to win their weekly golf matches.
That had been his life in your absence. Destruction upon destruction, followed by befriending a child. Though it had taken a turn for the better for him, Monty still felt the rather large hole in his heart; something that only be filled by you.
And thankfully for him, his heart would be whole again from now on.
Your arms tightened around Monty's neck as you experienced another flashback. It was the traumatic night of when you were ripped from Monty's arms by management. Management said you were not in trouble, you just had to go on a new adventure with Foxy; without any prior notice. You would be moved to a new pizzeria, (Y/N)! Management claimed.
You still remembered the painful crackling sound that came from Monty's voice box as he was held back by the other Glamrocks, while you were held in place by management. Being a shorter animatronic in comparison to the rest also meant that you did not weigh as much either; an easy job to carry around for two S.T.A.F.F. bots that followed their human bosses. You could still hear your boyfriend's sobs, begging you for stay. He knew you never wanted to leave. He would move to the new pizzeria to be with you, if he could. But, being a Glamrock denied him from his very desire.
You were indeed moved to the newest Fazbear Entertainment branch with your counterpart. Though it was a forced new beginning, you and Foxy had loved it there. The new branch focused on the side animatronics, straying away form the Glamrocks. It was decided that the main branch was the only branch to have the Glamrocks, in order to keep it as the most popular branch.
You and Foxy were given your own green rooms for meet-and-greets, along with a large room that was often used as a 'jungle' for children to scour for treasure in, following in yours and Foxy's theme. There was even a new daycare, albeit smaller than the original. It featured a new animatronic, Star. It was said that she was the younger sibling of the famous Sun and Moon, though she had never actually met them.
Foxy taught children how to be courageous and to reach for your dreams. You taught children, most often the shy ones and little girls, that it was okay to be different. That it was okay to want to be a pirate like the many little boys that looked up to Foxy, even if they were different. In many ways, you were the odd one out in comparison to the other animatronics. You were the shortest and not to mention, the youngest of the original bunch.
It was going well for the first few months until a new pizzeria opened up around the block, its attractive prices and not to mention, higher quality of food, led away regular customers. The second branch soon became unprofitable. Everything had to become scrapped - even you and Foxy.
You barely remembered anything during the decommissioning process, but you knew something was wrong. You could see it from your sensors going wild, red warning signs everywhere on your sights. You wanted desperately to open your eyes and to run away, fight back; anything! Yet, fate seemed to side with your enemies. You had no other choice but to be paralyzed as a limb was ripped out from your body, followed by an eye, then another limb. It was not physically painful, yet it filled you with so much emotional pain. The sound of your metal casing being torn open would forever remain ingrained in your memories. The worst part of it all, was that you knew Foxy and Star had no idea of what was coming for them either.
When it was all over, you were dumped in the sewers of the original Pizzaplex - your home. You wanted to scream and shout for help, yet it was impossible. Your servers were down, unable to connect to any nearby connection to send a message. You could barely walk properly, dropping a piece of metal with every few steps. Oddly enough, it was like a slime trail of a snail's, except yours were metal pieces.
It was lonely in the sewers. To keep you company, you relived every single memory you had with your friends, and especially, Monty. He was a light in your life in this dark time, your only hope that kept you going. You stayed alive in hopes to see him once more. Your prayers were answered, a little angel devil named Gregory was sent your way. He had managed to not only save you from the sewers, but repaired you all by himself. Gregory knew Freddy would have fumed if he found out about the child's actions.
Monty's hands drew small shapes onto your back slowly, the action pulling you out of your flashback. He grinned brightly as he saw you return 'to consciousness'. "Everything alright, babe?" You sighed and slumped against him, burying your face in his shoulder. "It's a bad day to remember traumatic experiences," You muttered. This day already had a hefty significance to begin with; it was exactly the third anniversary of your decommissioning. It was the same also for Foxy and Star.
You mourned the loss of your counterpart, your best friend and ultimately, older brother figure. He had always been there for you from the start, from the day you were activated to his very last breath. He showed you the ropes of being a pirate's apprentice, taught you advice that older siblings would know and comforted you on nights when you missed Monty more than normal. He often reminisced his memories with his friends and retold them to you, his stories sometimes coming off more dramatic that it should be. You loved him like no other, he was all you had left.
You mourned the loss of Star, her smile brightening up any room. In a way, you saw her as a younger sibling as well. You knew Sun and Moon would be feeling the same way, a small hole in their hearts from losing the little sister they never had the chance to meet. They would have been a terrible trio - Star was the perfect mix of cheery as with Sun, and cheeky as with Moon. She would have been the center of all the pranks, laughing up a storm every time.
"Ya know, I miss Foxy too.. He was always such a champ for playing golf with me even at the oddest hours," Your boyfriend says with a light tone. He was trying to strike up a conversation to pull you away from the dark realm that was your painful memories. He supported you when you wanted to enter the darkness, to reopen wounds so that they could heal and properly scar. But, he could not help himself with worrying too much. He lost you once, he was determined not to let it happen again.
You giggled at his words. "You would've loved Star if you had met her, Mon.. She was as mischievous as you were," He nuzzles your snout with his own. "I bet she would be no match against you and I in prank-wars."
You finally felt happy and safe in your lover's arms. However, you could feel the worry practically wafting off him. You knew what was bothering him. Ever since he had gotten you back, he took special precautions not to mention you to any other animatronic or human being. Only Vanessa and Gregory knew of you, who was hidden away in his green room that was almost never open to visitors. You were yet to see your other friends again. You were more than ready to do so, but Monty's hesitance was what kept you hidden. You understood his fears and always tried your best to calm him down when you could.
You pulled up his signature star-framed sunglasses, perching it on his forehead. He raised an eyebrow, his red eyes looking at you questionably. You ran a hand through his red mohawk, smiling to yourself when you heard him purr. It was your second favourite sound, his singing being the first.
"Remember that night when we snuck onto the rooftop to stargaze?" You asked. A grin appears on his face as he remembered the fond memory. "I asked you to be my partner that night!" He replied enthusiastically. You nodded. You knew if your metal cheeks could change colour, you would have been blushing at the remembrance of that eventful night.
"Look, (Y/N). I have no other way to explain this, but this funky gator right here: ME," Monty pointed at himself. "Is in love with you. Don't ask me how, don't ask me why. I just know I am in love with you, and I will give you everything I can if you would let me be yours." You could see the truth of his words in his eyes. You were never planning to confess about your feelings for him to anyone, but here he was, baring his heart to you.
"You were so confident that night," You teased. Monty blew a raspberry, licking your snout at the end. "I was a nervous wreck you know, I was planning to hide in solitude for all eternity if you rejected me." He pouted, earning him a peck on his nose.
"Do you remember what I said that night?" You asked. Monty grinned, "The 'I love yous'?" You shook your head. "Yes, but something else as well." He pursed his lips, pondering. He truly had no idea what the answer was, he only remembered being too giddy after winning your affections. A kiss from you that night was enough to send him into overheating.
"Even after death, I'll be with you." You finally answered your own question. Monty's grin drops, looking at you with a small frown. He never liked being reminded of your decommission. He chose to ignore it when possible, cherishing every moment he had with you instead. "Even if I get decommissioned again, I'll find my way back to you. If I did it once; I'll do it again and again, and again, just so that I can be with you." You whispered, cupping his cheek. This sentence was new, a new meaning to the original phrase. You adored him so much, and you knew that you would gladly go through it all over again, if it meant that you could be in his arms at the end of it.
Monty's breath hitches, a choked sob escaping him. He wrapped his arms around you tightly, using his tail as an extra measure. He wanted you to feel all the love he had for you, the feeling only getting stronger with every loving word you spoke to him. He kissed you, a cheeky grin on his face at the end of it.
"Would it be crazy if I asked you to marry me, right now? I don't even know if animatronics can get married."
