In Plain Sight | Kou & Kai
Kai was a mass of fury and anger on the verge of downright rabidity. Her hands were shaking, her vision was going red and she wanted nothing more than to wreck shit up or tear trees down. She swore that once she got to him, once she was done, he wouldn't be able to show his face to his legion of adoring fans, much less in public, for months.Â
One of the younger members, naive, timid seventeen-year-old Hideaki was coming to the compound with bruises and cuts and bite marks and even when she did her best to shake him down and get answers, he would not budge. But serving directly under Ujiyasu meant she held a certain modicum of influence, and that was enough to get her the  information she needed even without his express cooperation.
After finding out that Hideaki had been coming out from a certain house with fresh injuries every morning, Kai stormed there right away. It did surprise her that the property was relatively close to the Hojo's, but that wasn't on her mind right now, because right now all she could think about was wringing a certain idol's neck. Even the tall, wrought-iron gate did very little to hinder her and she climbed that with an almost unnatural ease. She resumed her stomping right up to the front door.
"Open up! Open up this instant or I am kicking this door down! Mukami Kou, show your face, you coward!" To emphasize her point, Kai kicked at the door with a solid, six-inch heeled boot. She didn't even care if she looked savage- all she could give any semblance of caring for was making Kou stop hurting her friend Hidechin, and she wasn't afraid to break a few bones in the process.
