Oooh, but imagine if living severed head whumpee couldn't verbally speak either since you need lungs to talk. Imagine them raging and screaming and crying but no noise is coming out of their lips. Imagine them struggling to move but the best they can do is vainly wriggle their neck stump from side to side.
