since i've always been really passionate about talking about mental health in the academic environment, i've been thinking of doing some sort of school routine as an IB student while dealing with anxiety? like things i do on a daily basis to deal with this kind of stuff + study lapse cuts which show the routine of an IB student?Β

just a quick little bad quality edit of my new simself (also dressed for halloween) to say IβM BACK!!!! hopefully for good this time, however i have a new macbook air thatΒ I'm now playing on and all of my old file saves and custom content are over on my old laptop.
i'm still using my old laptop as the macbook is supposed to be for uni work (i'm a photography student) but sims runs so much better on here as i still havenβt been able to fix my other game!Β
so i'm just wondering, should i start afresh with new game saves, or try transferring my old ones and continue? (i'd probably have some different cc though as I had A LOT on my other laptop)

tomorrow is my first day back to school, my last first day back of high school, the start of my last ib diploma year! i'm excited to be posting regularly again but also nervous because i know i have lots of incoming heavy work this year :')
this year i also plan to start my youtube channel, in which i will post study videos but also lifestyle-ish ones! please look forward to that :D
after repeatedly starting, logging in a few days of my 100 days of productivity and then stopping, this time i'm going to try and do it for good! i might not post about it here every single day, but if you wanna do it together with me religiously, i'll be updating my progress on my studygram account through stories! feel free to message me there so we can keep each other motivated :)

i will make a post about school-induce anxiety and stress soon! i think talking about mental health it's really important, and taking care of that is a great way of starting the new year.Β
i've had my fair share of problems because of stress and anxiety, and i've decided that for my last year of high school, i'm tired of it. it's surely going to be a challenge considering all the things i have to get done this year, but i'm excited and ready for a fresh start.
