Death from the Discworld Novels is semi-canonically(?) transmasc. As in, it's probably not intentional but one of the books mentions him not initially being a he. It's implied that he used to be completely genderless. My headcaon is that he is a transmasc demiguy, specifically.

They’re by Terry Pratchett (arguably the main mind behind Good omens) and follows Death. It’s about him being bewildered by humans and seeking to understand them better whilst making a little family for himself along the way.
