who has to bust or bail the other out of jail ➡ caradoc;; he’s such a stellar guy he’d have no qualms 

who gives the other advice/comfort about dating issues ➡ caradoc;; because mary has sO MANY PROBLEMS but he’s so good at solving them 

who shamelessly cheats at games by reaching over to cover the other’s eyes ➡ mary;; soz caradoc but no pain no gain

who immediately calls dibs on the top bunk ➡ mary hogs it and forces caradoc to the bottom

who starts and who wins the pillow fights ➡ caradoc starts them jokingly and mary turns it into ww3

          “ ----- babe ” marnie’s voice comes out of nowhere. at least that’s how it feels. as if she didn’t have a voice anymore. whatever it speaks through her, it’s definitely cruel. it might not sound like it now, but that voice that’s pulling her down is the same one keeping her away from happiness.  don’t be her friend, it says. she’s wrong and you’ll cry after. but, when did she care about the aftermaths of caring? she just did, that’s all. why was she being this careful now?                           and there was a reason she hated sestiva so much. the reason was walking right towards her, with his hands on his pocket and that van gogh gaze. could he light up the night.   “ glad you could make it ”  she had sent an urgent owl to him, to meet her in the fields.    “ i feel like it’s been ages and i saw you hours ago. ”
