Early this month we was at #plumisland #massachusetts shooting one scene of a video; was a #beautiful #sunrise. I noticed something washing to the shore, when I got close I discovered the body of a #deadseal #reallysad. Due that we have to get into the water just after the sunrise scene to get footage of the #surfer I went and examine close the seal to try to find any sign of a #sharkbite or any other signs that the cause of the dead, the seal was intact no marks or bites. Today that I was checking photos again I cross with an article in the #newyorktimes of more of this cases at the #newenglandcoast which make me so sad and now that I think about it a bit more during that 2 weeks we shot all over the coast, was sad to see signs of this #marinelife been affected by #pollution and #lackofcontrol the article suggest that the dead is cause by some flue like virus but I think that this need to be really investigated #NOAA and find the real cause. #redtide #pollution #marinemammals #savetheplanet #resist #EPA #grayseal #harborseal #payattention (at Plum Island, Massachusetts) https://www.instagram.com/p/BpLWDwLF_Zo/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=udzgm8rm5c3x
