Must I use all the prompts?
No. If only the dialogue is inspiring you just do something with that. You can use as many or as few as you want. We try to group the prompts in a way so there's a theme and it may be possible to hit all the prompts in one, but it is not required.
Does it have to be something new for the event?
No, if you have something lying around that fits the prompts and this event is what inspires you to finish it, that’s just great!
Can I use a new chapter for an ongoing fic?
Yes, if it fits one of the prompts, though please note it at the beginning of the post so people can know and maybe link to the beginning.
Do I have to use the color palettes for my art?
No, you don’t have to, they’re there as a fun option/challenge. As long as you are using one of the prompts for inspiration, any colors goes.
