My Thoughts: I love how the beat to the songs are super upbeat and their voices are extremely feminized and come off as ditzy as well as how their lyrics often play into the delusion of being these stereotypes of women that they demolish the image of with cadence and using other lyrics to demonstrate the issues or their disgust with the actions and people partaking in/forcing people into these roles.

jordan theresa: she is a youtuber, who does social and political commentary. i really like her in depth analysis’ of issues like the normalization of lolita and daddy issues, excessive hoarding of makeup and the issues of shows like the biggest loser, i wanna marry harry and the horrible realities behind the reality show there is something about miriam.

this movie is such a wholesome depiction of coming of age and discovering the punk scene.

daria: brainy, sardonic daria morgendorffer tries to fly under the radar at lawndale high school, and she's doing a pretty good job of it: her self-esteem teacher can't even remember her name. not that low self-esteem is a problem for daria, who explains that `i have low esteem for everyone else'. frankly, she couldn't care less about the airheads in the `in' crowd, like her sister, quinn, or cheerleader brittany. at least best friend jane lane is readily available any time daria needs a break from all the clueless masses around them. harley quinn 2021 annual: Kevin here! You know, Harley’s sidekick, and your favorite new character? I know Harley usually does these solicits, but she’s a little tied up at the moment. Like, literally. See, there’s a new villain in Gotham calling himself Keepsake, and you know how Gotham villains are: definite psychological issues.
while the first issue is narrated by harley’s friend kevin, it explores both characters healing from the abuse of joker. it’s such a beautiful depiction of the aftermath of surviving abuse.
